Tommasi, located in the heart of the Veneto region in Italy, is a renowned and family-owned winery with a rich history dating back to 1902. Known for their commitment to producing high-quality wines, Tommasi is famous for its Amarone and Valpolicella varieties, which reflect the region’s traditional winemaking techniques. The winery’s vineyards are carefully cultivated to ensure the best grapes, and their state-of-the-art facilities combine modern technology with a deep respect for tradition.

In addition, guests will enjoy 5 top-notch wines from Tommasi Winery, showcasing their famous Amarone della Valpolicella and Brunello di Montalcino from their well-know winery in Toscana "Podere Casisano". These wines have been handpicked by our Sommelier and General Manager Jorge Rosales Jr, paired with five exquisite dishes masterfully created by Pane e Vino Executive Chef Alberto Baffoni.
